Fudge

Ingredients:
3 c sugar
4 T cocoa
3/4 c corn syrup
1 c cream
1 c whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
walnuts, to taste

Directions:
Bring sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, cream and milk to a boil. Simmer until fudge reaches soft ball on candy thermometer (234-240 F). Remove from heat. Add vanilla and walnuts. Beat constantly by hand until fudge cools and is ready to drop by teaspoon onto wax paper (or pour all into 9×13 pan).

 

Spicy Goldfish

Ingredients:
18 to 20 ounces goldfish crackers
1/2 c oil
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
dill weed
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
lemon pepper seasoning

Directions:
Place goldfish in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix oil and ranch. Mix in remaining four seasonings to taste. Drizzle liquid mixture over goldfish. Transfer goldfish to two large baking sheets. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
